The project involves significant investments in different and integrated technologies. One of the main objectives is to increase the performance of the organization, with respect to management and production processes. The integration between management tools, technological solutions and production systems will in fact lead us to increase performance in terms of efficiency and flexibility, with the ultimate aim of increasing profitability, reducing costs and reducing the times required to complete an order which are different from those purely artisanal.
The main actions planned as part of our project concern:
– The purchase of new software linked to the cutting machine, which will have a significant impact in terms of waste reduction and optimization of the raw material.
– The employment of two new resources, to support the company’s growth trend
– The purchase of a gluing booth
A fundamental dimension of this project is certainly that linked to the valorisation of ancient crafts and of Made in Italy: leather and hide processing is in fact one of the most recognized and qualified artisan areas in our production history. The new headquarters, in which the project is located, and the new machinery and equipment being invested in, will allow us to create the conditions to achieve the estimated performances.
