The project includes significant investments in different and integrated technologies. One of the main objectives is to enhance organizational performance in terms of management and production processes. The integration of management tools, technological solutions, and production systems will enable us to improve efficiency and flexibility, ultimately increasing profitability, reducing costs, and shortening lead times for orders.
The main actions planned within our project include:
- Purchasing new software for the automatic cutting machine, more intuitive and high-performing.
- Hiring a new resource to support the company’s growth trend.
- Purchasing a gluing booth.
- Introducing a new automatic splitting machine into the leather preparation line.
A key dimension of this project is the enhancement of traditional crafts and the promotion of Made in Italy. Leather and hide processing is, in fact, one of the most recognized and highly skilled sectors of our artisanal history.
The new headquarters, where the project is located, along with the new machinery and equipment being invested in, will allow us to create the conditions necessary to achieve the estimated performance goals.

The support of the European Union has allowed us to invest in a new, state-of-the-art cutting software. This upgrade has ensured improved performance, thanks to greater ease of use, flexibility, and a wide range of available options.
Since 2018, we have also integrated a new automatic cutting machine from the Swiss manufacturer ZUND, model “G3 2XL – 3200.” This machine has enabled us to process large-sized leather with precision and reliability.
Currently, we have three trained operators for cutting, ensuring interchangeability between the various machines at our disposal. These tools allow us to keep this delicate phase within the production process, guaranteeing strict control over raw materials to deliver high-quality final products.
